About Jim Beaver eSports
Jim Beaver eSports is the official online gaming team of Jim Beaver and the Down and Dirty Show. The team was launched in July 2019 to compete in the eNASCAR Coca-Cola iRacing Series, and expanded in October 2019 with the acquisition of Reignition Esport to compete in other iRacing World Championships. Jim Beaver eSports drivers Michael Guariglia and Eric J Smith each return to the team in 2020 to contest their sophomore seasons.

After flirting with the top 20 in eNCiS points throughout 2019, Michael Guariglia eventually earned his way back into the series the hard way with a top 20 Pro Series points finish. Guariglia is an aspiring motorsports photographer and writer who plans to graduate from UNC Charlotte in spring 2020 with his degree in mass communications and journalism. After joining Jim Beaver eSports midway through 2019, he’s back with the team for 2020.
One of the biggest surprises of the 2019 eNCiS season saw Eric J Smith pull off a win as a rookie at Auto Club Speedway in the spring. That victory led to a midseason opportunity to join Jim Beaver eSports, where he finished out the season and remains for 2020. The UNC Charlotte mechanical engineering student has more than 275 wins, over 17,500 laps led, and iRacing Class A and B stock car titles to his name.
