Vicente Salas, No. 11, Penalized for Pitting Infraction Following the Dover Race

Following additional reviews of the Dover eNASCAR Coca-Cola iRacing Series Race, Vicente Salas, Car No. 11, has been penalized for a pitting infraction. Salas was found to have entered pit road alongside the car in front of him, giving him an unfair advantage. Consequently, he will be required to start the next race from pit road.
The rule – 
Caution Pitting: Everyone is to enter pit road single file in the far-right acceleration lane. Some staggering is OK on initial entry. You cannot pull up next to anyone trying to gain an advantage. You must be behind the bumper of the car in front. Drivers are required to file a protest to the race director for this infraction. The penalty for this infraction is to start the next race from the pits. The severity of penalties may escalate for subsequent infractions.
