Watching William Byron’s impressive drive to win Stage 1 of Saturday night’s Monster Energy NASCAR All-Star Open seems to have inspired everybody’s favorite Twitter character @nascarcasm to follow in Byron’s footsteps and hop onto iRacing.

Maybe if everybody pesters him, he’ll actually join — just think of the antics that might follow. Let’s keep him honest and ensure he follows through on his promise.

eNASCAR Heat Pro League Begins Sunday

After months of preparation, driver drafts and practice races, the inaugural season of the eNASCAR Heat Pro League officially kicks off Sunday, May 26 at Charlotte Motor Speedway — yes, literally at Charlotte Motor Speedway.

TONIGHT: PEAK iRacing Series @ Charlotte

The eNASCAR PEAK Antifreeze iRacing Series makes its eighth stop of the season tonight at Charlotte Motor Speedway — and the first race at iRacing’s refreshed version of the track.

Following in a NASCAR tradition, many cars will sport red, white and blue paint schemes in honor of America’s heroes for Memorial Day.

In 10 races at Charlotte in the PEAK iRacing Series, there have been 10 different race winners:

2017: Ray Alfalla
2016: Kenny Humpe
2015: Alex Warren
2014: Danny Hansen
2013: Joey Brown
2012: Nick Ottinger
2011: Thomas Hazard
