iRacing’s Season 2 build released
On Tuesday, iRacing released its quarterly season build, which included a number of notable updates, including graphics updates and the long-awaited Daytona Rising version of Daytona International Speedway.
The Season 2 build also features NASCAR’s new aero rules package for Monster Energy NASCAR Cup Series cars. Ahead of last week’s eNASCAR PEAK Antifreeze iRacing Series race, iRacing’s Senior Vehicle Dynamics Engineer Eric Hudec shared some insight into the development of the new rules package for iRacing.

Just finished our #eNASCARHeat pre-draft meeting and we've got a preliminary draft list together.

Wood Brothers Racing has its eye on a driver, but that rival-team username may be an issue.
So as for the #eNASCARHeat draft on PS4. I mean, FedEx racer seems like the obvious choice, and he’s a local boy to boot! But… that gamer tag is a problem. Maybe he should write us a song describing why he should be drafted. Yes? (His fb profile says he’s a vocalist) https://t.co/dUKN2btvb2

Less than a week away until Draft Day. Spent the last four months grinding away to put myself in this position. Fingers crossed it all pays off and we’re able to have some fun in the inaugural #eNASCARHeat https://t.co/jJuY4qKWyW
